In addition, our lines of quality centrifuges and process equipment, CMI also designs and produces replacement parts for each of our machines. CMI offers our customers a wide range of replacement components -- screens, rotors, wear plates, oil systems, fasteners, etc. – for both newer and older centrifuge and process equipment models. Each CMI replacement part is guaranteed for precision fit and performance in appropriate CMI models. Additionally, replacement components that are exposed to higher levels of abrasion are available in a variety of abrasion resistant and surface materials.

For our screen-scroll centrifuge models, CMI has designed a Long Life Parts Package, a system of replacement parts that drastically reduce centrifugal operating costs in these models. These components alter flow of material in order to reduce wear, resulting in lower maintenance costs and more efficient operation.

ROTOR STORAGE The heart of the screen-scroll centrifuge is the rotor. CMI maintains a full inventory of rotors at our St. Louis facility.
